Appointments

pen on diaryAll of our clinic sessions are by appointment only. These are offered both ‘On the Day’ and in advance. You may book by telephoning, or calling in the centre.  Same day appointments are booked by one of our GPs operating ‘Telephone Triage’.

A doctor will call you to assess your needs and then arrange the most appropriate care. This may well mean a saved trip to the surgery for you for simple problems. Please call the surgery in the morning and ask for a same day appointment – the reception team will take your details, which will then be passed to the duty doctor; shortly after, you will be called back by the GP.

Please Note: You can now book up to 2 weeks in advance; however, for same day appointments – you must speak to a GP who will book an appointment for you.

We now offer late sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; please see the times above. Priority is given to our patients who find it difficult to get to the centre because of work or study commitments; please note, these appointments are to be only booked in advance.

You have the right to request a preferred doctor but we cannot guarantee this can be booked for a same day appointment.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know, by cancelling, so that we can give it to someone else. Please make a double appointment if translation from another language to English is necessary. We have a Bengali interpreter on site on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.

Please be on time for your appointment.
